At Watsons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty and wellness purchases. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it remains in its original, unopened packaging.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your item is unopened, unused, and still in its original packaging with all security seals intact to qualify for a return.
Initiate Request
Log into your Watsons account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique Return Authorization Number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items with the original invoice and drop them off at any authorized courier point or bring them to your nearest Watsons retail store.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
